Technical Support Center

Business Development & HR  Department

Senior PCB Engineer

Responsibility:

We are looking for a senior PCB Layout Engineer for HW department

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • To analyze and interpret the design requirements of circuit engineers and mechanical engineers, identify potential problems and propose suitable solutions
  • To produce component library parts for use during the design process
  • To work closely with hardware design engineers to perform the complex PCB layout task on carrier-class multi-layers telecommunication board/product
  • To contribute expertise and experience on defining PCB layout process and guide with consideration of signal integrity and EMC

Basic Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Good at using the leading edge PCB design tools from Mentor Graphics and Cadence
  • Fair communication skills (verbal and written) in English

Primary Skill Requirements:

  • At least five years multi-layers (>12) PCB layout experience of a wide range of telecommunication hardware board/product
  • Finish the project independently including placement and actual routing with considerations of signal integrity and EMC
  • Experience with using EDA tools such as Cadence or Mentor Graphics to capture and generate physical board layout requirements and oversight

Business Development Manager

Responsibility:

Responsible for development and implementation of business strategies and plans for a number of North America’s vendors for the next generation networking products and solutions

  • Identify potential channel partners to engage the sales and marketing activities for targeted industries and territories
  • Develop and execute the business plans with channel partners to meet the target revenues
  • Manage vendors account’s interest, daily correspondence and market activities arrangement
  • Planning and execution of new product introductions
  • Manage third party agency/partner relationships to leverage their resources effectively in market

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the telecom networking industry with sales & marketing experience
  • Strong sales channel network and business skill sets with broad experience across different market & communications disciplines
  • Strong track record of successful business management, preferably working across the business acumen and strategic planning skills
  • Good communication and influencing skills, prepared to travel extensively

System Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Responsible to provide technical supports to the Business Development team for a number of imported product technology specializing in the next generation network product related to IP solutions and mobile convergent technology
  • Manage daily correspondence with the principals to handle the technical issues and on going activities supports
  • Interface with channels partners and customers to resolve any technical issues, composing technical proposal, provide technical seminar and tier 2 technical training
  • Project management in carrying out system and product trial in lab and customer sites

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience, with good presentation skill, in the telecom industry with solid knowledge and experience in networking solutions, security, IP, mobile network architecture and mobile convergent technology

Technical Support Engineering Manager

We are seeking the motivated senior professional who will have the position of “Technical Support Engineering Manager” in group of “Technical Support Center” in MPX to provide our customers across Asia Pacific region with professional technical support service and execute the supporting functionalities for the telecom solutions and products covering Fixed-Mobile Convergence, Voice over IP, Access, Optical and Broadband Network, network security, telecom networking and etc.,

Responsibility:

He (She) will take the responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Build up Technical Support Engineering Team in TSC group.
  • Manage Technical Support Engineering Team to provide and execute full range of technical support functionalities to our customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporters in country and vendors based on defined process and work flow
  • Interface with vendors, customers, resellers and Tier 1 supporters to collaborate supporting requirements, define MPX supporting mechanism, functionalities, work flow and process
  • Provide technical support training course and technical guidance to team members customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporters in country and so on
  • Lead to locate or develop the web service, support platform, diagnostics utilities and sales tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education.
  • Five or more years of relevant field support experience been spent working on technical support or as hand-on support experience at telecom operator center; plus two or more years of experience in a management or other leadership role in telecom service environment.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products/solutions/platforms and technologies on FMC, VoIP, Access, Optical and Broadband Network, Telecom Networking will be valued as a major plus
  • Better understanding of technical support process and principle,

EMS Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled EMS system development person.He (She) will be leading, from a technical point of view, a highly skilled team of EMS developers focusing on networking management technologies for telecom equipment manufacturer.These developments will be conducted in close relations with other developments teams located outside China.Experience in project management will be mandatory.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Estimates and plan the related EMS projects
  • Manage assigned project resources
  • Manage the technical communication and discussion with customers outside China
  • In charge of support and sustaining of legacy EMS system
  • Provide technical guidance to the engineers in the team
  • Guaranty the technical soundness of the developments

Responsibility:

  • Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and average communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual software design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA.
  • Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a feature all the way from design to implementation and test. This will require technical strength and the ability to interact with the team to ensure other features are integrated with the overall system.
  • Candidates will require experience and knowledge of standard software development processes and methodologies, and have a high commitment to software quality.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field is required.
  • Candidates will have a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing in Java development environment.
  • Experience developing Element Management System/Network Management System (EMS/NMS) is a MUST.
  • Candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in technical management as well as proven tracking records of successful deliveries.

Component Sourcing & Lab Technician

A lab technician will build engineering prototype and customer samples. Good soldering skill is required (could at least solder 0.5mm pitch TSOP/TQFP device onto PCB board, rework PCB)

  • he candidate will manage lab supply, such as component. Vendor / customer samples and the built devices, and work with outside service to support engineering activities
  • Besides this candidate also need to do routine test setups, some simple trouble shooting and related documentation
  • Good soldering skill and able to read and understand schematic
  • Knowledge of components for electronics devices, MS windows and its office software

    Senior FPGA Logic Engineer

    This position is responsible for developing FPGA drivers for network communication platforms. The immediate assignment for this position is to develop FPGA drivers of MPX products on data communication systems and solutions based on customer driven requirements. Working with the design team in a wide variety of FPGA design activities , Good written and oral English Language Skills are essential

    Responsibility:

    • FPGA design and verification Porting ASIC code to FPGA platform, Verify the whole design in FPGA system
    • Organize and Coordinate the work of debug team
    • Capability of making rapidly scheme/method to trace issue
    • Analyze the FPGA requirement, evaluate the resource and select the chip type in the design phase
    • The candidate is required to use the logic analyzer and oscillator to debug in FPGA Design
    • Familiar with various data interface, e.g., LVDS, PCI, SDRAM, DSP and MCU/Network Processor
    • Familiar with popular EDA tools for FPGA development, e.g., ModelSim, Simplicity, Xilinx Foundation etc.
    • Experienced in operating oscilloscope, logic analyzer and other lab equipments

    Qualifications:

    • BS/MS in Electronic or Computer Science Engineering is required Expert in FPGA /CPLD theory
    • More than 4 years experience in design and verify FPGA.
    • Architecture and design flow Expert in Verilog or VHDL, Familiar with FPGA EDA tools, such as Synplify, ISE, and QuartusII Expert in Xilinx product.
    • Experience in Chip and system test.
    • Familiar with SOC architecture and AHB/APB is preferable.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

    Senior QA Leader

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Leader. He (She) will build up, oversee and manage the QA principles, QA management system to ensure the quality of all products through the whole product lifecycle. Experience in team management will be mandatory.

    Responsibility:

    • Build up QA principles according to company strategy.
    • Define, popularize, and supervise SQA/TQA relevant working flows.
    • Build up the Quality Assurance Management System.
    • Lead the QA team for day-to-day quality control of all products.
    • Train and educate other employees in all relevant quality actions.
    • Join the project, build, review, and supervise QA actions if necessary.
    • Report QA results to leaders to ensure the QA process and product quality.
    • Measure and promote the QA process.
    • Conduct the organization certification of CMM/TL9000.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Team leader experience is strongly preferred.

    • Capable and enterprising to build up, popularize, and manage QA Management System.
    • Experience on CMM/TL9000 certification.

    Technical Support Engineer – FMC

    We are seeking the motivated candidates who will have the position of Technical Support Engineer in group of “Technical Support Center” in MPX to provide our customers with professional technical support service on Fixed-Mobile Convergence solution

    Responsibility:

    He (She) will take the responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Execute technical support functionality on FMC solution for our customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporter and vendor based on process and work flow
  • Interface with Tier 1 supporter and others to consolidate, classify, prioritize support ticket / request
  • Analyze and Work independently on remote problem solving or onsite troubleshooting in Tier 2 level
  • Information collection and coordinate the Tier 3 ticket/request handling 
  • Provide technical support training and technical guidance on FMC to team members, customers, resellers, Tier 1 supporters
  • Write and collect diagnostics utilities and related supporting document for FMC solution to serving entities
  • Involve the field and remote OAM and configuration of FMC solution and related equipments/nodes
  • Provide technical support training and technical guidance to team members.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Technology or equivalent education
    • Three or more years hand-on experience been spent working on technical support for telecom operator or equipment vendor, Preferably on Fix-Mobile Convergence solution
    • Extensive knowledge on GSM, CDMA, 3G wireless and IP-based network; FMC , IMS, VoIP, UMA, Picocell/Femtocell, WiFi/WiMAX, DSL/FTTX; and specification of security, QoS, CoS and mobility functions required for all major FMC networks (i.e., IP mobile, wireless and fixed-line access networks)
    • Familiar with User Authorization, Secure Access, Firewall, Network Address Translation, Denial of Service Attack Prevention, CAMEL, WIN, Traffic Shaping, Mobility and FMC policy-based definition
    • Written and Oral communications skills in both Mandarin and English
    • Frequent Travels Overseas

    Responsibility:

  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources strategies, policies and objectives of the company.
  • Directs the interpretation and application of established human resources policies throughout the company.
