Previously, Mr Ma was Vice President & Managing Director of Asia Pacific operation for Turin Networks, Appian Communications, ADC Telecom and PairGain; He held senior executive at BT/MCI, Madge Networks and Newbridge Networks.
Rodney Perkins, Founder & President Americas Region
As President, Americas, Rodney is responsible for the overall management and operation of the North America Division. Prior to starting MPX Technology, Mr. Perkins has spent his career building world class sales and professional services organizations and served as a Senior Executive at Newbridge Networks, Integrated Networks Corporation, Dagaz Technologies, Siemens ICN, Convergent Networks, and Narad Networks
Phil Stone, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East & Africa
As Managing Director, Phil is responsible for the overall management, operation and growth of the EMEA division. Mr. Stone has over 25 years international business development experience and served as a Senior Executive at Newbridge Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Advanced Fibre Communications and Redfern Broadband Networks. Prior to joining MPx Technology Mr. Stone established PICS Telecom International and as Managing Director grew the organisation to become a world leader with multi million dollar international sales.

Ed Alberto, GM, Business Development, Philippines & South East Asia
Ed has 25+ Years of engineering, product management, and sales experience in the
telecommunications industry. Ed was Sales Director at Asia Global Crossing where he was responsible
for business development and channel management for the Philippine Market. Prior to Global Crossing,
Ed has successfully managed distribution and carrier businesses in the Philippines for BT Hong Kong
and BT South East Asia respectively.
Paul Wang, Director of Engineering & Software Development
Paul has 13+ years experience in software, AI, Simulation, network and security industries,
with more than 6 years as a senior manager, focusing on product development and product management.
Previously, Paul was Senior Department Manager in Lakes Oil NL., Inc, Australia.
Prior to joining Lakes Oil NL., Paul served as architecture and senior software engineer in Siemens.
